Join us for the highly anticipated, Annual Lakeshore HBA Golf Outing Presented by Lumbermen's at Three Fires Golf Club!

**New this year: Enjoy 9 OR 18 holes of golf followed by a delicious taco bar dinner. Catch up with old friends and make new connections at this not-to-be missed event!

When you register, please select EITHER the 9-hole or 18-hole option. Both shoot outs will be happening during the same time frame so only choose one option, please.

18-hole Option:

    $130 per golfer, $520 team of 4

Check-in: 11:30 to 12:30 PM **Please plan to have your team checked in by 12:30 PM

9-hole Option:

    Includes one free banner ad on our website (September - December / 4 month duration), mentions on social media, website, and monthly newsletter, logo displayed at event and on event registration page, logo on an 85' and 65' TV in the dinner pavilion, display table for marketing materials, logo on score sheet and promotional materials, opportunity for remarks prior to the awards, and opportunity to greet attendees at check-in with table set-up. Taco Bar Dinner Sponsor $ 750 (SOLD)
    Includes your sign and table set-up in pavilion area, logo on an 85' and 65' TV in the dinner pavilion, logo on scoresheet and promotional materials, logo on table tents, and logo on event registration page.  Includes two dinner/drink tickets ($30 value).

Beverage Cart Sponsor $750 (3 LEFT)
    This is a FUN sponsorship with opportunity for a lot of interaction! Includes company recognized on beverage cart with signage and/or logo, employees may drive the beverage cart and network with golfers, logo on event registration page, and the opportunity to provide door prizes for golfers. *This sponsorship is required to have drivers familiar with golf course etiquette. They must feel comfortable driving around the course to distribute drinks to golfers. This is a great networking opportunity! Includes two dinner/drink tickets ($60 value).

Hole Sponsor $350 (19 Available)
    Includes your sign and table set-up at the hole and NEW: 2- Dinner tickets ($100 Value) We encourage hole sponsors to get creative and have fun! In the past, they've set up fun games and giveaways for attendees, logo on scoresheet, and the opportunity to provide door prizes for golfers. PLEASE NOTE: Since there will be a 9-hole and 18-hole option this year, first to register goes on 18-hole until full, then to 9-hole range. All hole sponsors will be able to network with all attendees at awards dinner after the event.

NEW Fairway Sponsor $100 (25 Available)
    Includes your sign on the fairway, company shout-put in promotions and the opportunity to provide door prizes for golfers.

NEW Cigar Lounge Sponsor $550 (SOLD)
    Includes your sign at the cigar lounge where there will be cut and light service in a swanky setting, logo on promotions, and company logo printed on the bands of 100 cigars. The lounge will be set up at a hole on the 18-hole course.

Hole-in-One Sponsor $300 (1 Still Available)
        Includes logo on promotional materials and score sheet and the opportunity to have space at a hole to greet golfers. Sponsor must provide the Hole in One Prize and is responsible for purchasing Hole in One insurance in addition to the sponsorship.

Golf Cart Sponsor $750 (SOLD)
    Includes your logo on all golf carts (30), logo on event banner, and logo on event registration page. Includes one dinner/drink ticket ($15 value).
